One of the best coffees in Basel, with delicious pastries, too. It can get quite busy, so reserving a table is a good idea. There were a lot of wasps during my visit, which wasn’t ideal, but overall I would definitely recommend a stop here. They serve very delicious chai latte!

Wow! Young and hip spot with a seriously good menu. Both food and coffee drinks. Super trendy space inside and out. Shakshuka was a revelation, especially with their tasty bread to dip in it. Seems to be in an up and coming / gentrifying neighborhood and worth the trek from the old town or nearby tram/trolly stops.

Great coffee (really) in a lovely, calm setting. The self-service system works well, and the staff are friendly. Definitely recommend this spot!

One of the best green teas I ever tried. No bitter aftertaste, and it even looks green, not golden. Costed 6 chf in jan 2026. 4 stars because it is often very full, can't be sure I will have a spot without reservation. I wish they would have soft seats too. Would be a huge plus for comfort.

We visited this very nice cafe in a weekend bist to Basel. The coffee was really tasty and well prepared. The offer also some nice variety of snacks and sweets. The croissants were good but could be more fresh. Service was fast and professional. The design is interesting and in general a nice place to stop by for a coffee. There is some room for improvement on the cleanliness of the tables that is why the 4 stars. I do nevertheless recommend you to try it as the coffee is good.

Gorgeous coffee, gorgeous cardamom buns, some of the best scrambled eggs i ever tasted. the baristas so friendly but also very knowledgeable about coffee!
